The Oscars announced Tuesday that 317 feature films are eligible for consideration at the 98th Academy Awards, including 201 titles that qualify for the best picture race.
According to the Academy, the 201 films eligible for best picture met additional eligibility requirements beyond those for general entry, including expanded theatrical runs and the submission of a confidential Academy Representation and Inclusion Standards Entry (RAISE) form.
