InvestorsBank being purchased by American Bank of Fond du Lac

InvestorsBank of Waukesha has agreed to be purchased by American Bank, a Fond du Lac-based bank. InvestorsBank will operate under the American Bank name after the acquisition wins regulatory approval, expected later this year. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The combined entity will have assets of more than $450 million.
