Boeing commercial deliveries rise in second quarter

The Boeing Co. on Monday reported an 8 percent increase in commercial aircraft deliveries year over year in the second quarter. Chicago-based Boeing (NYSE: BA) said in a press release that it delivered 197 commercial aircraft in the second quarter, up from 181 for the same period in the previous year.
