Sound Transit said 1 Line and 2 Line trains were delayed due to mechanical issues.
SEATTLE — Fans heading to the Mariners game and commuters heading home hit travel delays on the light rail Monday evening.
Sound Transit‘s 1 Line and 2 Line trains were delayed due to mechanical issues. Those trains were arriving every 35 to 40 minutes.
Both routes resumed regular service around 6 p.m., but Sound Transit warned there may be delays are service recovers.
Sound Transit did not clarify what mechanical issues are impacting the trains.
