Small plane makes emergency landing on highway in Vancouver

The plane did not hit any vehicles, and no one onboard reported injuries, according to Washington State Patrol District 5. All lanes on SR 14 have reopened.

VANCOUVER, Wash. — Eastbound State Route 14 was blocked for a few hours after a small plane made an emergency landing Saturday afternoon. No one was injured. 

The Cessna plane landed on State Route 14 at milepost 2 near Southeast Marine Park Way and Portco Tunnel around noon, according to the WSDOT Southeast’s social media. The right lane was closed as crews responded, but as of 3:14 p.m., all lanes have reopened
