SEATTLE — A murder suspect mistakenly released from a California jail last October has been arrested, according to the Seattle Police Department.
Isaiah Andrews, 20, is suspected of shooting and killing a man in Seattle’s Northgate neighborhood on Oct. 15, 2025.
The 20-year-old victim, Theodore Wheeler IV, died at the scene.
Andrews was arrested in California just days after the 2025 shooting, but was mistakenly released from jail on Oct. 22, 2025.
