Deputies say a woman in Parkland kept aiming a green laser at a Washington State Patrol aircraft before she was arrested.
PARKLAND, Wash. — A 31-year-old Pierce County woman has been charged with pointing a green laser at a Washington State Patrol aircraft in Parkland.
According to the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called around 10:30 p.m. Friday night after the State Patrol aircraft crew reported being actively targeted by a green laser from the ground.
The aircraft observer directed deputies to a suspect in a backyard in Parkland and gave a description to deputies responding on the ground.
