TAHOLAH, Wash. — State Route 109 and the Taholah School District will be closed Tuesday due to a debris slide.
The slide occurred Friday morning near Taholah in Grays Harbor County, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
Crews responding to the slide found large trees, mud and downed power lines among the debris.
Over the weekend, WSDOT officials said the highway would remain closed due to soil saturation and continued movement in the hillside above.
