Palo Pinto Mountains State Park, which welcomed visitors starting March 1, represents a milestone for the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) and outdoor enthusiasts alike.
Located just over an hour west of Fort Worth, the park spans 4,871 acres of rugged hills, scenic vistas, and a newly developed 68-acre lake, offering a rare combination of accessibility and untouched natural beauty.
