Nicholas Brendon, who played Xander Harris on “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” and Kevin Lynch on “Criminal Minds,” died in his sleep Friday, according to a statement from his family. He was 54.
The statement from his family read, “We are heartbroken to share the passing of our brother and son, Nicholas Brendon. He passed in his sleep of natural causes.
