A 15-year-old accused of fatally shooting two students waived his right to appear in juvenile court Wednesday.
SEATTLE — On Wednesday, a teenager accused of killing two Rainier Beach High School students was ordered held in secure detention following a packed first appearance hearing at the King County Juvenile Justice Center. A judge found probable cause for investigation of two counts of first-degree murder and one count of second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm.
The suspect, who turns 16 on Thursday, was arrested in Renton on March 17, more than six weeks after the January 30th shooting that left two students dead at a bus stop
