A fatal crash in Seattle’s Interbay early Wednesday has impacted traffic, closing one southbound lane as police investigate.
SEATTLE — The driver of a vehicle was ejected after crashing into a power pole early Wednesday in Seattle’s Interbay neighborhood, according to Seattle police.
Emergency crews responded to the collision around 5:30 a.m. on Elliott Avenue W at W Galer Street.
The single-vehicle crash occurred when the car left the road and struck a power pole. The 52-year-old woman driving the vehicle was ejected and died at the scene, according to police.
