Seattle’s Belltown will soon be home to Houston TX Hot Chicken, the latest in a fried chicken boom across Puget Sound.
SEATTLE — Seattle will soon have a new fast-casual option for fried chicken.
Houston TX Hot Chicken is expected to open its first location in western Washington on Saturday. The chain restaurant will be located in the Belltown neighborhood at 101 Denny Way.
The restaurant serves Nashville hot chicken sandwiches and southern-inspired dishes, such as tenders, cole slaw and waffles. Diners can customize their spice level from mild to extra spicy, culminating in “Houston We Have a Problem.”
