After Aaron Pierre makes his DC Studios debut as Green Lantern John Stewart in HBO’s “Lanterns,” he’ll meet Superman in James Gunn’s upcoming sequel “Man of Tomorrow.”
“Superman” stars David Corenswet and Nicholas Hoult will both return as the Man of Steel and Lex Luthor, respectively, for “Man of Tomorrow,” which is set for release on July 9, 2027. German actor Lars Eidinger joins the cast to play the super-intelligent antagonist Brainiac. “Man of Tomorrow,” written and directed by DC Studios co-chief Gunn, is due to begin production this summer in Atlanta.
