Surprise, surprise: Huntr/x is returning to the screen for another musical adventure.
After months of speculation, Netflix and Sony have officially confirmed a “KPop Demon Hunters” sequel is in the works. Maggie Kang and Chris Appelhans will return to direct and write the sequel, which is reportedly aiming for release in 2029. The follow-up film kicks off Appelhans and Kang’s new, exclusive multi-year writing and directing deal with Netflix across animation.
