A suspect who was 16 at the time of the deadly crash is now charged as an adult with second-degree murder after his arrest in California.
EVERETT, Wash. — Sixteen months after a crash that killed three people and injured two others along a road in Everett, investigators have arrested the suspected driver in California.
Giovanny Aparicio-Medina, now 18, was taken into custody Monday and faces 10 felony charges, including three counts of second-degree murder. He was 16 at the time of the Nov. 9, 2024, crash.
