The FDA has issued a recall for oysters and clams recently harvested from Drayton Harbor in Washington.
BLAINE, Wash. — Some oysters and clams harvested in Washington could potentially be contaminated with norovirus, according to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
The FDA advised restaurants and retailers against selling or serving oysters and Manila clams from Drayton Harbor, Washington, due to the possible contamination.
Raw oysters harvested by Drayton Harbor Oyster Company and Manila clams harvested by the Lummi Indian Business Council between Feb. 13 through March 3 are of concern.
