SPOKANE, Wash. — (UPDATE)
A second Spokane man will spend 20 years in federal prison for running a “pill mill” in his basement in Hillyard. According to court records, Nicholas Adams pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute 400 grams or more of fentanyl and unlawful use of the mails in December. Court documents show that today a federal judge sentenced Adams to 20 years behind bars and 10 years of supervision after his release. His co-defendant received the same sentence
