Court records say a stolen Tahoe fled police, drove the wrong-way on I-5, and nearly hit deputies before a PIT stopped it.
PIERCE COUNTY, Wash. — A Pierce County man is charged with multiple felonies after prosecutors say he took off in a stolen SUV, drove the wrong way on Interstate 5 and used the vehicle in a way that put deputies and other drivers at risk.
Noah Joseph Rogers, 19, was charged in Pierce County Superior Court with two counts of second-degree assault, unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle, attempting to elude a pursuing police vehicle, reckless endangerment, and making or possessing motor vehicle theft
