EVERETT, Wash. — An early-morning apartment fire in Everett displaced 51 people, according to Red Cross Northwest, and sent one person to the hospital for smoke inhalation. Among those forced out was a 12-year-old, Anaice, who documented the flames moments after escaping and is now saying goodbye to the only home she has ever known.
