GIG HARBOR, Wash. — When Rob Knowles tries to explain what happened last Tuesday, he runs out of words.
“It’s unbelievable,” he says, lowering his head into his hands.
Investigators say four people were stabbed outside a home on the Key Peninsula Tuesday morning before a Pierce County deputy shot and killed the suspect, 32-year-old Aleksander Shablykin. One of the four victims killed was his mother, Zoya Shablykina.
