GIG HARBOR, Wash. — The 32-year-old suspect in Tuesday’s quadruple stabbing on the Key Peninsula and the mother connected to the home have been identified as Aleksandr Shablykin and Zoya Shablykin through property records, court records, neighbor accounts and information from a family member.
