Benaroya Hall to close for renovations in mid-July

The hall will reopen in time for the start of the 2026-2027 season for the symphony under the direction of Xian Zhang.

SEATTLE — Benaroya Hall, home to the Seattle Symphony, will close for part of the summer to complete the final phase of construction aimed at revitalizing the space.

According to the symphony, the performing arts venue will close from mid-July through the end of August to complete a refresh of public spaces. When it reopens, Benaroya Hall will feature a new welcome desk, ticket concierge, cafe with expanded seating in the Boeing Company Gallery, a community room and the Overlook Lounge.
