State report reveals critical details about timeline in Oakley Carlson’s disappearance

A DCYF committee found that there were six uninvestigated warnings in the Oakley Carlson case and 14 warnings total. The department points to legal barriers.

GRAYS HARBOR COUNTY, Wash. — A newly released state review is shedding light on missed opportunities to intervene in the case of missing Grays Harbor County child Oakley Carlson, who was last seen nearly five years ago.
