Boeing employee killed in fiery Federal Way crash; judge finds probable cause in suspected DUI case

Vitali Siumbeli, 45, died after prosecutors allege a speeding, impaired driver ran red lights and triggered a multi-car collision.

FEDERAL WAY, Wash. — Just three or four minutes from home, Vitali Siumbeli stopped at a red light Sunday morning on his way home from getting gas.

Moments later, prosecutors say, another driver traveling at a high rate of speed ran the intersection and slammed into his vehicle — igniting a crash that would leave Siumbeli trapped inside his burning car.
