SHORELINE, Wash. — A closure begins in Shoreline Monday evening as construction crews move forward on roundabout construction at the Interstate 5 and NE 145th Street interchange.
An even more disruptive closure of the overpass will begin in about a month, another phase of a project that has impacted traffic in the area for nearly two years.
