Sales company Epsilon Film has closed a raft of distribution deals on live-action family adventure “Momo,” starring Martin Freeman and Claes Bang.
“Momo” follows orphan Momo as she battles the mysterious Men in Gray, who steal everyone’s time, and stealthily take over her city.
“Momo” is based on the novel by Michael Ende, best known as the author of “The Neverending Story,” which was adapted as a hit fantasy film. That film, directed by Wolfgang Petersen, grossed $20.3 million and spawned two sequels.
