KIRKLAND, Wash. — The Kirkland Police Department and Kirkland Fire Department are investigating a fatal house fire that broke out early Tuesday in the Finn Hill neighborhood.
Officers and firefighters responded around 3:45 a.m. after neighbors reported hearing a loud boom and seeing flames coming from the roof of a home.
