SEATTLE — Seattle is preparing for its largest celebration in more than a decade as Lumen Field transforms for the Seahawks’ Super Bowl victory party.
Workers unveiled massive championship banners inside the stadium Tuesday, giving the public its first glimpse of the decorations that will serve as the backdrop when the team receives the Vince Lombardi Trophy.
“I think it’s beautiful. First time I’m seeing it,” said Carl Brothers, general manager of Put a Stage on It, the company setting up the ceremony stage.
