Modern gym culture and self-obsession is getting the horror treatment in the newly announced feature “Shredded.”
The picture, produced by Michael Bay‘s Platinum Dunes (“A Quiet Place, “The Purge”), is being written and directed by Josh Lawson, the actor/director who starred as Kano in “Mortal Kombat” and was Oscar nominated for the live-action short “The Eleven O’Clock.”
Protagonist Pictures will be handling international sales with newly-announced Logical Pictures International co-repping alongside them and UTA will represent U.S. rights. Logical also provides full financing for the film.
