India’s Panorama Studios has inked a four-film overseas distribution pact with Phars Film that will see the Ahmad Golchin-founded company handle international theatrical releases for a Malayalam-language cinema slate anchored by “Drishyam 3,” the latest installment in the Mohanlal-led thriller franchise.
The partnership launches with the Feb. 6 international release of Riyas Marath’s “Anomie,” starring Rahman and Bhavana, followed by “Drishyam 3” on April 2. The slate also includes Rohith V.S.’ “TikiTaka,” featuring Asif Ali, and Panorama Studios Production No. 3, toplining Kunchacko Boban and Lijomol Jose.
