LACEY, Wash. — A family member identified Kaleb Lewis as the man killed during an armed standoff with police at a Lacey apartment complex Wednesday, as the state investigates the use of deadly force.
Lewis’ cousin, Rachael Lewis, confirmed his identity to KING 5 in an interview Thursday. Police have not formally released the suspect’s name.
