HBO’s latest “Game of Thrones” prequel spinoff, “A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms,” goes back in time and zeroes in on a lowly hedge knight, Ser Duncan the Tall (Peter Claffey), rather than focus on the grand politics of the Iron Throne.
