Manhattan’s Sunset Pier 94 Studios has found its first tenant ahead of the studio’s opening later this month.
Paramount Television Studios has signed the facility’s first lease to film Showtime’s “Dexter: Resurrection” Season 2. The series will take up 70,000 square feet, filming in two sound stages and occupying office space.
