SEATTLE — A two-alarm fire in Seattle’s Beacon Hill neighborhood left two cats dead and two people injured early Sunday afternoon.
The fire was reported around noon at Olympic View Manor. Some residents complained about the response time of firefighters.
Seattle Fire Department spokesperson David Cuerpo told KING 5 the delay occurred because initial 911 calls reported an incorrect address, 13th Avenue, slowing crews from reaching the actual fire location. Additional calls coming in around 12:03 p.m. reported the corrected address
