Donald Trump took to Truth Social early Saturday to share a photo of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro in custody after the United States conducted air strikes against Caracas, Venezuela’s capital, late Friday and into Saturday.
Trump confirmed the strikes were a U.S. operation in a Truth Social post on Saturday morning. He wrote, “The United States of America has successfully carried out a large scale strike against Venezuela and its leader, President Nicolas Maduro, who has been, along with his wife, captured and flown out of the Country.
