TACOMA, Wash. — A “critical incident” involving a Washington State Patrol trooper has closed state Route 509 near Port of Tacoma Road on Friday night, according to WSP.
WSP Director of Public Affairs Chris Loftis said the incident occurred on southbound SR 509 near Port of Tacoma Road. Additional information is expected later Friday night.
