SEATTLE — The King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has charged a man with three felonies after he allegedly rammed a marked police vehicle with a stolen car on Dec. 3.
Ryan William Cox, 40, is charged with first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of a stolen vehicle and second-degree malicious mischief.
Charging documents allege Cox unlawfully possessed a Sig Sauer pistol and a stolen Porsche Carrera, then rammed a marked police car while trying to escape a parking space blocked
