Kate Hudson will be honored with this year’s Icon Award at the Palm Springs International Film Awards, taking place on Jan. 3 at the Palm Springs Convention Center. The Palm Springs International Film Festival will run from Jan. 2-12.
Hudson will be recognized for her role as Claire Sardina in Craig Brewer’s “Song Sung Blue,” starring alongside Hiugh Jackman, Michael Imperioli, Ella Anderson, King Princess, Mustafa Shakir, Hudson Hensley, Fisher Stevens and Jim Belushi.
