Sam Mendes and Sony’s upcoming four-part series of biopics about The Beatles has expanded its cast, this time adding figures in the Fab Four’s inner circle such as family members, roadies and press officers.
Joining “The Beatles — A Four-Film Cinematic Event” is David Morrissey (“The Walking Dead”) as Paul McCartney’s father Jim McCartney, Leanne Best (“Walk-In”) as John Lennon’s Aunt Mimi, Bobby Schofield (“The Covenant”) as road manager and trusted confidant Neil Aspinall, Daniel Hoffmann-Gill (“Sherwood”) as roadie Mal Evans, Arthur Darvill (“Broadchurch”) as press officer and friend Derek Taylor and Adam Pally (“Happy Endings”)
