SEATTLE — A once-vacant and vandalized building in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood is getting a second life after sitting empty for nearly two years.
For four decades, the space at 15th Avenue Northwest and Northwest 83rd Street was home to Morgan’s Kitchen and Bath. When the longtime business closed its doors in 2023 when the owners retired, the property quickly deteriorated — attracting graffiti, broken windows, and even squatters.
