SNOHOMISH COUNTY, Wash. — The family of a woman killed in a head-on crash along Highway 2 has filed a $50 million wrongful death lawsuit against the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT).
On Feb. 21, 2024, Tu Lam, a 55-year-old mother and wife from Monroe, was killed when driving home from work in Snohomish County.
