Driver allegedly connected to fatal Lacey drive-by shooting pleads not guilty

Two men face serious charges, including first-degree aggravated murder, for the fatal shooting of teenage brothers.

LACEY, Wash. — The man police say was the behind the wheel during a fatal drive-by in Lacey on Nov. 14 pleaded not guilty to charges filed against him on Nov. 26.

Jaden Hawk Johns, 20, faces multiple charges, including first-degree aggravated murder. He is being held in Thurston County Jail without bail.

A pre-trial meeting is scheduled for Dec. 17. A jury trial is tentatively scheduled for Jan. 1.
