CONWAY, Wash. — State environmental regulators have fined the operators of the Olympic Pipeline $3.8 million for a fuel spill in Dec. 2023 that released 21,000 gallons of gasoline. The spill near Conway forced a school to temporarily close and killed multiple animals.
