Police in Seattle arrested the man, who was found armed and asleep in a hotel lobby, violating his supervised release by possessing a gun.
SEATTLE — A man previously convicted of fatally shooting a 16-year-old in 2008 was arrested after being found asleep inside a South Lake Union hotel lobby with a handgun in his waistband.
Barry Lee Saunders Jr. was arrested the morning of Nov. 13 after police officers responded to reports of a man armed inside a hotel. He was found sleeping on a couch next to a bottle of liquor, according to charging documents.
