LAKEWOOD, Wash — A construction worker is in critical condition after requiring emergency assistance while working deep underground Friday morning in Lakewood.
West Pierce Fire & Rescue responded to a confined space rescue call at approximately 9:50 a.m. at a construction site near 6800 Bridgeport Way W.
