Everett landlord found dead in alley; tenant held on suspicion of murder

EVERETT, Wash. — A 71-year-old landlord was found dead in a downtown Everett alley one day after he disappeared, and police have arrested a tenant who lived in one of his properties on suspicion of second-degree murder, authorities said.
