SEATTLE — The Seattle Police Department (SPD) released video on Wednesday from the fatal Oct. 30 officer-involved shooting in SODO.
SPD said its release was “intended to balance the integrity and credibility of an investigation with public transparency” and was authorized by the King County Sheriff’s Office, which is serving as the independent investigative team.
