It was a bittersweet Week 9 for those who love tight ends, as Tucker Kraft’s season ended after a great stretch of football to start the season and Brock Bowers season just took flight after returning from a long absence due to a knee injury. These aren’t the kinds of trade offs we like to make for our tight end fandom!
We did get a big game from first round rookie TE Colston Loveland, as he went over 100 yards and caught two touchdowns, including the game winner for the Bears to eke out a win in Cincinnati. The hope that Loveland would follow in the footsteps of Sam Laporta
