SEATTLE — Western Washington is bracing for a significant atmospheric river that will deliver heavy rain, strong winds, and disruptive weather, particularly Friday evening through Saturday.

This storm system will make for a soggy Halloween and an even windier Saturday, with conditions gradually improving by Sunday. This system comes a week after another atmospheric river brought winds that knocked out power to over 200,000 customers
